who wanted the TMNT character Mona Lisa sporting a Naruto style headband worn around her belly like the Naruto character Ino.
I fondly recall Mona Lisa, her appearance and TF having a strong effect on me (like the April as Catwoman of Channel Six episode) despite the fact she was a one episode wonder (like Catwoman of Channel Six) and was rather amazed by the support/interest in the character even now with a lot of people's memories of the 80's toon overwritten by the modern cartoon.
